Please note for contractors registering their business with our Website, business addresses and/or business e-mail addresses and/or phone numbers and/or website addresses and/or social media accounts are not considered as being personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

    Information provided by contractors in regards to their business will be displayed in the Website’s public business directory (with the exception of any payment information provided for payment of account fees).

    We may send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.
  • To send periodic emails
    We may use the email address to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Website.

To access other personal information Reno 411 Inc. may have, please send an email outlining the request to the address listed below. If a User wishes to remove or delete their account they can do so from ‘Account Settings’, certain information may be retained as necessary upon termination of an account, please see below.


The information that we collect and retain may be stored in Canada, the United States, or other countries where our servers are located. Reno 411 Inc. may retain personal information after an account has been terminated for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose(s) for which it was collected and to comply with the applicable local laws. When that purpose has been satisfied the personal information will be removed from the system in such a way as to protect the User’s security.


Users may find advertising or other content on our Website that link to the websites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. Content provided by the contractor such as images and/or videos will be temporarily removed from the Website after the subscription period if the contractor fails to renew their contract with Reno 411 Inc. This content will remain in our database so that if the contractor does renew their contract the profile can be restored to its previous condition. If the contractor does not wish Reno 411 Inc. to retain their images, and/or videos, and/or logo then the contractor can request their profile be deleted which will permanently remove this information from our Website and databases.


Reno 411 Inc. has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.


By using this Website, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Website. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes. This Website is a general audience Website that does not offer services directed at children.
